NORGANIX Can Be Installed By Different Methods at Different Times
NORGANIX can be applied to concrete using either of two different methods.
Each method calls for the product to be applied at a different point in the life
cycle of the concrete. Each method has distinct advantages depending upon the
situation. This includes:
1) As a curing agent shortly after original pour
2) After the concrete cures.
1) Apply As a Curing Agent Shortly After the Original Pour
If possible, it makes sense to apply NORGANIX as a curing shortly after the original pour. There are several advantages to this approach versus the alternative of post-cure application. The first advantage is that NORGANIX is in itself a superior curing agent. When used in this manner, it is possible to replace another product which might be used as a curing agent with NORGANIX, thus completing two steps at once. In addition, NORGANIX need not be atomized when applied to green concrete, thus it can be applied with a simple "pump up" sprayer, thereby saving the cost of specialized equipment and the use of a certified applicator. The only limitation with this approach is timing, as it must occur shortly after the initial concrete pour.
2) Apply After the Concrete Cures
One very appealing aspect of NORGANIX is that it can be applied at any point in the life of the concrete, whether brand new or many years after the original pour. Post-cure application does require use of a specialized airless sprayer to atomize the solution, and the oversight of a certified applicator. However, it can be done at any time that fits the user's schedule. And, it can be applied to existing concrete to enhance its performance.
